I received an email from Jazeera Airways saying “Call 177 and Win” as per the above. I don’t usually follow these kind of ads, but I was curious this time. I thought this might be a draw for people who just call in (February kind of giveaways), so I called them and it turned out to be “Book a ticket today and you might win” … Seriously Jazeera ?
So, why don’t they just say “book” instead of call ? The difference is the amount of money you will pay to book the ticket!
Although these kind of ads are very common, but I consider them as misleading. This just wasted 2 minutes of my time and of my phone bill.
On the other hand, if you are willing to book with Jazeera, do it today so you have a chance to win!
